What awaits you?

  • Facilitate “game changer” workshops to identify high‑value AI and automation use cases with business stakeholders.
    • Analyze business processes and data to generate actionable insights for informed decisions.
    • Identify automation and growth opportunities using process mining and data‑driven analysis.
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of use cases: from ideation and design to development, coordination, and implementation.
    • Propose integrated automation combining AI and orchestration for complex, multi-step workflows.
    • Design, develop, and implement customized AI solutions and orchestration workflows (e.g., GAIA, n8n).
    • Create reusable assets like prompt libraries and orchestration templates; train stakeholders.
    • Deploy AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks and automation trends to recommend innovative solutions.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Artificial Intelligence or IT.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technology or operations, with exposure to AI and automation.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, process mining, and AI orchestration.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and API integration.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering and evaluation for reliable AI outcomes.
  • Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and passion for continuous learning in AI and automation technologies.
