As this position is part of the ITP, you will complete an 18-month international rotation program across different business units and locations. During this time, you will work on innovation and business projects while building the skills needed for your future role. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a permanent position within NETZSCH.

  • Build and implement our Agentic AI based operating model
  • Design workflows that combine human decision making with AI agents
  • Implement automation across documentation, reporting and knowledge management
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools such as LLM orchestration platforms, automation tools, workflow engines and internal copilots
  • Structure scalable systems that increase output without increasing headcount
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and corporate stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks
  • Translate experiments into stable, repeatable operational standards

Qualifications

  • Strong practical AI literacy with implementation experience
  • Hands on experience with automation tools, AI agents or orchestration frameworks
  • Builder mindset with strong execution power
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
  • Structured thinking and operational discipline
  • Clear communication across technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English; Portuguese and Spanish are an advantage

Additional Information

We are looking for an AI & Digital Operations Manager to build and implement an AI-driven operating model that enables scalable growth through automation and intelligent systems. You will design and deploy AI-based workflows, tools, and operational standards, turning concepts into practical solutions. Working closely with technical and business teams, you will drive execution, system integration, and the scaling of the NXB Development Hub.
