FNB’s AI Development Program is designed to build foundational skills in artificial intelligence, automation, and process optimization. Through hands-on experience and structured learning, you will support the execution, testing, and monitoring of AI-enabled workflows. This program prepares you to contribute to automation initiatives that enhance efficiency while operating within governance, risk, and compliance standards.
FNB’s Development Programs aim to equip Associates with the skills and experience necessary for a successful transition into integral positions within one of our teams.
You will support automation initiatives by assisting with configuring and executing predefined workflows using approved AI and automation tools.
You will gain exposure to the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including supporting data preparation, model development, validation, and deployment activities.
You will help ensure solution quality and performance through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts in partnership with experienced team members.
You will assist in preparing, validating, and organizing data for use in automation and AI use cases.
You will support basic data transformation activities and ensure data quality standards are met.
You will gain exposure to how data supports AI and automation outcomes.
You will participate in testing automated workflows and validating expected results.
You will help monitor automation performance and identify issues or anomalies.
You will escalate findings to team members and assist in resolution efforts.
You will document workflows, process steps, and outcomes to support operational transparency and compliance requirements.
You will participate in process mapping sessions to understand current-state workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
You will help maintain documentation for audits and internal controls.
You will follow data security, privacy, and access control requirements when working with systems and data.
You will support adherence to enterprise policies, standards, and procedures.
You will learn how governance and risk considerations are applied in AI implementations.
