Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI DevOps Consultant to design, build, deploy, and operate AI/ML solutions and business process automation within a regulated financial environment. The role combines hands-on AI engineering, DevOps, Azure, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/OpenShift , covering the full solution lifecycle from identifying automation opportunities and integrating AI with existing systems to secure production deployment, monitoring, and optimisation. Responsibilities • Design and implement AI/ML solutions supporting business processes • Identify processes which can be automated or optimised using AI • Integrate AI models with existing IT systems and business applications • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions • Deploy and manage AI solutions in cloud environments • Work primarily with Microsoft Azure environments • Work with OpenShift / Kubernetes • Cooperate with DevOps teams on deployment automation and monitoring • Support AI/ML solutions through the production lifecycle • Ensure solutions meet IT security requirements • Support compliance with GDPR, AI Act and other regulatory requirements • Optimise performance and cost of AI solutions • Document and standardise technical processes Requirements • Minimum 5 years experience in software development, DevOps or related IT areas • Practical DevOps experience • Strong CI/CD knowledge • Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure • Kubernetes and/or OpenShift • Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions or AI-based automation • Experience integrating AI solutions with existing systems • Understanding of IT security • Experience working with data in controlled or regulated environments • Ability to analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities • Ability to work between business and technology teams • Hands-on technical approach Nice to have • Strong Microsoft Azure experience • Azure configuration and hardening • Python / Java / C# • MLOps • Model lifecycle management • Low-code / no-code automation platforms • Financial services experience • Experience in regulated organisations • Azure or DevOps certifications Benefits • Flexible hybrid model (2-3 days/week onsite in Wrocław) • Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline
