Working Student/Trainee is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your journey in the IT world while gaining practical experience in areas close to full-time roles. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. We are open to flexible working hours so that you can combine working with us with your studies.
In this role, you will support Radio Networks R&D Programs unit in developing practical tools, exploring Artificial Intelligence use cases, and contributing to transformation activities. You will work in a program management and transformation environment, helping us identify where automation, data, and AI can improve the way teams work.
This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to combine technology, AI, automation, business analysis, and transformation support in a real enterprise environment.
• Develop and enhance internal R&D tools, automation solutions, dashboards, and prototypes to support program management and transformation.
• Build AI-powered features and automation solutions that simplify and improve daily work in program teams.
• Create scripts, applications, and integrations for data processing, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Explore and assess AI and Generative AI use cases, including feasibility, value, risks, and implementation approach.
• Prototype and experiment with AI solutions, including prompt engineering and proof-of-concept development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions, while supporting documentation, adoption, and transformation activities.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, Power Query, or similar).
• Interest and exposure to AI, Generative AI, automation, data analysis, and digital tools.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts (APIs, data processing, simple applications, UI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous topics and propose practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and self-driven, with the ability to manage diverse tasks and work independently.
