charles & charlotte is an independent Berlin-based social media agency.

The agency was founded in 2019 by Paulina Schumann and Pascal Fiedler. Inspired by the world's best pizza joint, which serves just one type of pizza (Margherita!), we realized that to be the best, you've got to focus on one thing. And for us, that one thing is social media.

So, F*CK TV. GO SOCIAL-FIRST! We dream of a world where TikTok and Insta posts aren't churned out by undervalued interns (call us!), but are C-level priority. Social media as leading medium! Radical? Maybe. But that's just how we roll… ¯_(ツ)_/

This also goes for our way of working. At charles & charlotte, we ditched pyramids for circles: interdisciplinary, agile, and autonomous teams — each a certified boss babe on their own. Hirarkies? Can't even spell them!
