Onsite Open AI Lead Admin

Key Responsibilities

1. ChatGPT Enterprise admin setup and operating model.
2. User onboarding and provisioning process with SSO/SCIM.
3. Role and access model by user group.
4. Responsible AI usage policy and user guidance.
5. Support model with L1/L2/L3 ownership.
6. Training materials and office-hours plan.
7. Use-case intake and approval workflow.
8. Governance process for GPTs, agents, connectors, and apps.
9. Adoption dashboard and monthly reporting.
10. Release/change management process for new ChatGPT features.

Skill Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS administration, IT operations, collaboration tools, data platforms, or enterprise application support.
• Experience administering tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Databricks, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, groups, permissions, and user lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and data governance principles.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise rollouts, change management, training, and user adoption.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including Security, Legal, HR, IT, Data, Engineering, and business teams.
• Strong documentation, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, responsible AI, and enterprise AI risks.
