AI Developer

In this role, you will not only build advanced AI agent workflows, but you will also help establish a reliable and scalable foundation for AI across Danish Crown. If you are motivated by the opportunity to shape, create, and drive real solutions, this role is for you.
The Team
You will join the App, Automation & AI team based at our headquarters in Randers, Denmark, operating within the Data & AI division of Global IT. We work across business units to build AI solutions that improve processes, enable data-driven operations, and introduce intelligent automation where it matters most.
Our environment is collaborative and hands-on, and we encourage curiosity and continuous learning. You will be working with other developers and engineers to deliver AI solutions with high business value.
About the Role
As an AI Developer, your time will be split between hands-on development, day-to-day operations, and architectural contribution. This includes designing, building, and refining AI agent workflows using open-source frameworks, writing production-quality Python code, and ensuring safe and reliable release practices through CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure managed as code.
You will help monitor deployed solutions, respond to early signals before they become issues, and participate actively in daily stand-ups and team ceremonies.
