Teams Squared is a global team-augmentation company supporting distributed legal, operational, and technical teams. This role supports the company’s IT and cybersecurity operations in collaboration with the Engineering & IT Lead responsible for cybersecurity compliance (ISO 27001 alignment), device lifecycle management, automated provisioning
infrastructure
and centralized security platforms.

Role Overview

Responsible for designing, building, and
maintaining
AI-driven systems and automation platforms supporting internal operations and legal-domain workflows. Full-cycle ownership from experimentation through deployment is expected.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and
maintain
AI-enabled backend services and automation tools.

• Own internal AI platforms end-to-end, including architecture and deployment.

• Work across Python, JavaScript, and scripting environments.

• Implement APIs, pipelines, and retrieval workflows.

• Apply maintainable architecture patterns such as service-repository separation.

Maintain
version control discipline and release stability.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI techniques
where
useful.

• Communicate system behavior and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

Identify
and automate repetitive workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong backend or full-stack engineering fundamentals.

• Experience with
FastAPI
, Flask, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with React/Next.js integration.

• Experience with generative AI or ML systems.

• Understanding of
modular architecture and design patterns.

Proficiency
with Git workflows.

•
Strong communication
skills.
