We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy AI Designer (UI & Image Generation) to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia.

This is a hybrid creator role: someone who combines a strong foundation in visual design (UI + digital art) with advanced expertise in AI tools to accelerate concept creation, UI exploration, and asset production without compromising quality or consistency.
The ideal candidate is not just generating visuals, but shaping product-ready design solutions through a combination of manual skill, structured thinking, and AI-driven workflows.

✅ Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in UI Design, Product Design, or 2D/Concept Design with a strong digital focus;

✔️ Visual & UI Skills

• 
  Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, hierarchy, and usability;
• Ability to think in interfaces, not just images;
• Solid foundation in composition, color theory, and visual storytelling;

✔️ AI Expertise

• 
  Advanced experience with AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Nano Banana, etc.);
• Deep understanding of prompting, ControlNet, LoRA, inpainting/outpainting workflows;
• Ability to combine multiple AI tools into a consistent pipeline;

✔️ Manual Design Capability

• Ability to sketch, wireframe, and iterate ideas manually when needed;
• Strong skills in refining and correcting AI outputs (overpainting, editing, compositing);

✔️ Style Versatility

• Ability to work across different styles (from clean product UI to expressive visual concepts);
• Portfolio demonstrating both structured UI work and creative visual exploration;

✔️ Speed & Efficiency

• Ability to work fast and deliver high-quality results using a hybrid workflow (AI + manual);
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, concept-heavy environments;

✔️ Technical Skills

• Expert level in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
• Proficiency in AI tools: Stable Diffusion, Flux, Nano Banana, etc.;
• Experience with compositing and advanced image editing techniques;
• Understanding of design systems, components, and scalable UI structure.

✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ AI-Driven UI & Visual Creation

• Use AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Krea, Nano Banana, etc.) to generate UI concepts, visual directions, UI components, and supporting assets;
• Translate product ideas, wireframes, or briefs into strong visual outputs using structured prompts and workflows;
• Explore multiple stylistic directions quickly to support product and brand decisions;

✔️ Rapid Ideation & Concept Development

• Create quick sketches, wireframes, or visual drafts (by hand or in Figma) to guide AI-driven generation;
• Iterate fast on concepts, layouts, and compositions before finalizing directions;
• Work across different visual styles and adapt them to product needs;

✔️ Refinement & Overpainting

• Clean, refine, and enhance AI-generated outputs to reach production-ready quality;
• Fix inconsistencies in UI logic, composition, lighting, typography, and details;
• Ensure all visuals meet design system and usability standards;

✔️ UI System Thinking

• Build cohesive UI concepts, visual systems, and style directions;
• Ensure consistency across screens, components, and product experiences;
• Align visuals with brand identity while evolving it when needed;

✔️ Detail-Oriented Execution

• Polish designs to a high level of quality, paying attention to micro-interactions, spacing, hierarchy, and visual clarity;
• Bridge the gap between “nice AI output” and real, usable product design.
