We are expanding our team and are seeking a skilled AI Deployment Engineer to support application deployment, configuration and validation within Azure environments.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for deploying applications into Azure, executing scripts, validating configurations, and supporting customers during and after deployment. This role focuses on application deployment rather than infrastructure build, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on cloud, scripting and troubleshooting work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy applications and update packages into Azure using predefined infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams and customers to complete JSON/XML application configuration.
• Execute and validate SQL Server scripts for database setup and management.
• Run PowerShell scripts and automate elements of the deployment workflow.
• Carry out validation and testing to ensure deployments meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams for smooth deployment handovers.
• Coordinate with customer IT teams to plan and troubleshoot deployments.
• Document deployment processes and troubleshooting guidance.
• Support customer helpdesk tickets by triaging and resolving deployment‑related issues.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience deploying and monitoring applications on the Azure platform.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including executing scripts, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience running and validating deployment test scripts.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and configuration principles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confident communicator with experience working directly with customers.
• High attention to detail, process adherence and documentation discipline.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Azure DevOps deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, Virtual Machines, Function Apps, Web Apps and AI Foundry Services.
• Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and the Power Platform.
• Azure certifications such as AZ‑900, AZ‑104 or AZ‑305.
