  • You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution by ensuring messages, directives, and strategic ambitions of the Leadership Team are clearly distributed across the business
  • You’ll manage stakeholders across the Bank and externally to understand AI developments and best practice outside of the immediate business

What you'll do

As the Lead Delivery Manager for the Boxed AI Programme, you will own the end-to-end execution, delivery governance, and operational shape of Boxed’s AI initiatives. Working at the intersection of AI strategy, cross-functional delivery teams, and executive leadership, you will drive delivery momentum, untangle complex dependencies, and maintain rigorous reporting across the portfolio.

You’ll also:

  • Own the overall programme management and delivery roadmap for the Boxed AI programme, continually shaping execution plans to align with broader AI strategy and organizational goals.
  • Lead the overarching delivery management of the AI Learning & Development rollout in close collaboration with L&D teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and capability building across the business.
  • Drive internal AI engagement and knowledge sharing across the organization by orchestrating regular AI Show & Tells and actively collaborating with AI Champions to foster adoption and best practices.
  • Drive end-to-end reporting across the entire AI programme. Maintain the master view of all internal efficiency and customer-facing AI use cases, tracking milestones, performance metrics, and benefit cases.
  • Actively identify and manage cross-programme dependencies, unblock technical and operational friction points, and surface critical prioritization trade-offs to leadership.
  • Own the AI Steering Group rhythm, orchestrating high-quality ExCo and C-suite briefing decks, capturing governance decisions, and holding action owners accountable.
  • Work closely with delivery squads and domain leads to quantify efficiency gains, eliminate overlapping efforts, and maintain delivery standards across both internal and external AI initiatives.

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a strong track record of managing and delivering complex, large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes end-to-end within a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, you’ll need:

  • Exceptional capability to build relationships, align priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels—from executive leadership down to multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Strong expertise in establishing robust programme governance frameworks, roadmap tracking, and quantifying concrete business benefits and ROI.
  • Exceptional skill in mapping complex cross-functional dependencies, resolving delivery blockers, and facilitating tough prioritization decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, lifecycle management, and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Linear) to maintain team velocity and predictability.
  • The ability to translate multi-stream delivery metrics and complex technical updates into clear, high-impact narratives and dashboards for ExCo and C-suite leadership.
  • Fintech experience (delivery projects and programme within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Domain & AI Interest (solid understanding and genuine curiosity for AI) and a banking background (navigating regulatory, risk and governed environments) are highly desirable
