We are seeking an AI Delivery Lead to enhance our Governance function by speeding up the adoption and execution of AI initiatives.
At Nordea Asset Management, we see AI as a key enabler for improving efficiency, decision-making, and risk management. To make this happen, we need a dedicated driver who can translate vision into action and ensure that AI initiatives are delivered in a structured and compliant way.
About this opportunity
You will be part of the Governance function within Nordea Asset Management, responsible for leading and coordinating AI-related initiatives across Governance and with key stakeholders across the organisation.
You will act as a central enabler, ensuring that AI initiatives are progressed, aligned, and embedded into governance processes in line with regulatory requirements and Nordea standards.
This is an important role combining project leadership, stakeholder management, and operational execution.
The role offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI is operationalised within Governance, at the intersection of regulation, risk management and innovation.
