The AI Delivery Lead – Spain is a senior, handson delivery leadership role responsible for transforming and stabilising the quality, consistency, and governance of AI project delivery across the Spanish region. The role exists to address ongoing delivery challenges, customer escalations and lack of structured project control by introducing stronger operational discipline, customer leadership and improved ways of working across the AI practice.
The postholder will both line manage Technical Project Managers and directly own strategic or highrisk AI projects, ensuring disciplined execution, proactive client management and unified coordination across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
This role is essential in shifting Spain based AI delivery to a more predictable, accountable and outcome focused model.
