AI Delivery Director

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Director to lead the technical realization of AI andEmerging Tech portfolios. This is a delivery-first leadership role focused on building the deliverycapacity and capability required to meet the evolving needs of our most strategic accounts.This role requires a strong mix of delivery leadership, an innovation mindset and client partnership.While the Business Units (SBUs) own direct account delivery, you will be the AI Lab SPOCliaising with SBU Heads to understand their AI strategies for their growth accounts. You areresponsible for facilitating cross-SBU knowledge sharing, defining AI-native bestpractices, andensuring that each Business Unit has the technical capacity and talent strategy required toexecute its specific AI roadmapsThe ideal candidate is a builder—someone who can operate at both strategic and ground level,drive transformation through AI and engineering excellence, and act as a trusted advisor tosenior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Delivery & Capability Building

  • Delivery SPOC: Serve as the bridge between the GTM Team, Technical R&D, and BusinessUnits.
  • Delivery Best Practice Definition: Define and introduce AI-native delivery methodologiesto improve AI delivery velocity and quality
  • Execution Rigor: Ensure that while SBUs own the delivery, they are adhering toorganization-wide standards

2. Talent Planning

  • Strategic Scaling: Work closely with Client Partners to build delivery capacity in line withnear and mid-term AI growth.
  • Fulfillment Planning: Lead demand forecasting with Business Units and fulfillmentstrategies to ensure readiness for AI project staffing
  • Oversee talent planning, utilization, attrition management, rotation planning andsuccession planning.
  • Competency Design: Partner with L&D, Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to defineand acquire the core AI competencies required for the next 12–24 months of demand,ensuring BUs have access to a high-caliber talent bench.

3. Strategic Client Partnership
  • Delivery Advisor: Act as the delivery SPOC for AI Labs for key strategic accounts,participating in high-level client sessions to translate AI roadmaps into executable plans.
  • Accountability: Lead complex client conversations regarding delivery roadmaps, valuerealization, and technical risk management.
  • Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and proposal reviews for AI

Delivery Leadership & Client Advocacy

  • Strategic Advisor Presence: Build long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with CXO-levelstakeholders by demonstrating deep technical credibility and consistent deliveryreliability.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as the final technical authority for critical clientescalations, ensuring swift resolution through architectural or operational interventions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 18+ Years of Technology Leadership: Extensive background in software engineering andglobal delivery management.
  • AI/Emerging Tech Expertise: Minimum 5+ years leading high-stakes AI/ML or GenAIdelivery programs from discovery to scale.
  • Strategic Scaling: Proven success in building global delivery teams from the ground upto support rapid enterprise expansion.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships at the VP and C-suitelevel through technical credibility and reliable delivery.
  • Technical Roots: Strong understanding of modern delivery models, including Agile, andAI-driven engineering workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or arelated field.
