As an AI-ML Strategy Director you will translate business objectives into end-to-end solutions across ML/AI, application integration, data and governance—defining value-first approaches and implementation roadmaps; guiding technology choices, process modernization, and people enablement. The ideal candidate brings the right blend of hands-on AI/ML/Data experience and expertise and broad consulting leadership. They have strong communication strengths with executives and technical teams, experience designing AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, and a pragmatic approach to tradeoffs between value vs. readiness vs. effort. They have the ability to mentor teams and shape repeatable assets and accelerators. We are actively recruiting for Director level (7+ years in AI/ML) and you will be expected to actively sell and solution deals, while also contributing towards practice management.

The base salary range for this position is between $237,216 and $257,842. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
