Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and analytical AI Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world problems using structured and unstructured data. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that drive value and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms for business problems (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI models into production.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data cleaning.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance.
• Communicate results and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in AI and ML.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization techniques.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Publications in peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Experience deploying models using MLOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
