#YourRoleIn your role you will be part of an international team, be supported by senior colleagues, proactively and responsibly carry out complex project activities and support your team with client’s stakeholders. You will be responsible for the quality of the work completed by you. You will have the chance to demonstrate your ability and soft skills acting responsively and autonomously within multifunctional teams, positively engaging client key users and your counterparts with a clear, empathic, and impactful communication style.
Key ActivitiesYou will have the responsibility to share your experience and knowledge, leading by example in the realization of our ambition: “make an impact that matters”.
To fulfill this role, you should:
• Understand user requirements and which are the technical steps and tool required to exceed client expectation, under the time and resources constraints.• Follow the team leader lead, contributing to improve the quality of the deliverables while meeting the deadlines.• Guarantee the production of high-quality solutions, using tools and resources made available and coordinating junior colleagues.• Identify potential project issues and promptly share them with the rest of the team.• Cooperate productively in cross-functional and international teams.
#OurRequirementsThe ideal candidate has the following requirements:• STEM bachelor’s or master’s degree• Fluency in concepts and techniques about Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data modeling, Machine Learning and Generative AI• Good understanding of data architectures• Good knowledge of Python language• Good knowledge of SQL• Good knowledge of ETL concept• Good knowledge of Data Visualization concept• Flexibility, willingness to travel• Fluency in English (at least C1 certified)
Nice to have:• Proficiency in Databricks or GCP or Azure/Fabric or AWS cloud platform• Fluency in Italian
Additional soft skills required:• Analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude• Willingness to learn and to understand new tools or technologies• Organizational skills, resourcefulness, and creativity• Being team working oriented• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
