You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to build and optimize the data pipelines that power our machine learning models, gaining hands-on experience with large-scale, diverse datasets unique to the construction industry while shaping the bar of excellence for our future growth in Mexico.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Design and maintain foundational ETL/ELT pipelines to support the development of next-generation AI/ML models.

• Clean, transform, and aggregate large-scale datasets to ensure they are optimized for advanced machine learning applications.

• Perform routine data quality checks and develop automated tests to ensure data integrity and reliability across the platform.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to translate complex data requirements into accessible, analysis-ready datasets.

• Support the management of modern data storage solutions, including data warehouses and data lakes, within a cloud environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

• Foundational knowledge of database concepts and proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Proficiency in programming with Python for scripting and data processing tasks.

• Conceptual understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on learning and growth.

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and core data services like S3 or BigQuery.

• Basic experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Prefect.

• Exposure to version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity with the construction industry's data landscape.
