Job Title: AI Data Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead the go to market strategy for our IT services portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to define product positioning, messaging, launch plans and enablement driving demand, adoption and competitive differentiation in the IT services market.

Key Responsibilities

Define product positioning, value propositions and target customer segments for IT services offerings.

Plan and execute go to market (GTM) launches for new service offerings, updates and enhancements covering timelines, channel strategy, collateral, pricing and training.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insight studies to inform product strategy and messaging.

Create and manage marketing content and collateral: service one pagers, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, web content and sales enablement tools.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver sales enablement material, training and tools to support service offerings.

Drive digital marketing initiatives: manage website service pages, email campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM and lead generation programs focused on IT services.

Monitor and manage marketing budget for the service lines; track spend, ROI, campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Work with product management, service delivery and operations teams to ensure service offerings are aligned with market needs, pricing models and operational capabilities.

Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership covering metrics such as pipeline growth, service adoption, conversion rates, margin impact and market share.

Maintain strong brand consistency across service offerings and ensure messaging aligns with company brand and value proposition.

Mentor junior marketing and content team members, foster collaboration, best practice sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum 57 years of marketing experience, ideally within IT services, professional services or technology driven B2B environments.

Proven track record of positioning and launching service based offerings, managing full lifecycle marketing in the IT/tech sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM platforms, lead gen techniques, and sales enablement.

Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical or service concepts into compelling business value.

Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions and optimisation.

Experience managing budgets, vendor/agency relationships and multichannel campaigns.

Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools; understanding of CRM and analytics is a plus.

Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred.
