Key skills and prior experience

• Extensive experience leading large-scale AI, data, and digital transformation programmes, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes and build high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise managing Data Modernization or AI implementation initiatives in complex enterprise settings, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Strong knowledge of AI systems, infrastructure, platforms, and tools, with hands-on experience integrating AI technologies and advanced analytics to drive business value.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, complemented by relevant project management certifications.

What type of work will I be doing?

• Leading end-to-end delivery of AI and data programmes across discovery, development, and deployment phases.
• Managing and mentoring delivery teams specialising in AI, machine learning, and data analytics solutions.
• Collaborating with clients to define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable AI and data initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance frameworks throughout project lifecycles.
• Driving innovation by integrating emerging AI technologies into complex enterprise environments.
• Overseeing project risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to influence and align on project goals and outcomes.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
