The opportunity

As a Senior Consultant / Associate, you’ll help clients move from ideas to outcomes: identifying the right AI use cases, shaping them into delivery-ready initiatives, and supporting implementation alongside business and tech teams. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and hands-on delivery lead, translating business needs into AI-ready requirements and ensuring responsible, value-driven outcomes across the full AI lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead AI use case discovery through problem framing, value case development, feasibility assessment, and KPI definition
• Facilitate and lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
• Define AI use cases, including problem statements, value propositions, success metrics, feasibility, and data readiness assessments
• Translate business needs into AI-ready functional and non-functional requirements, covering data, workflows, integrations, and human-in-the-loop considerations
• Guide technical and business teams through the delivery of MVPs/pilots, aligning business intent, model behavior, and expected outcomes
• Embed responsible AI practices in client engagements, supporting governance across security, compliance, explainability, and risk management
• Produce executive-ready deliverables such as use case cards, decision notes, and AI roadmaps
• Contribute to the development of internal assets, methodologies, and reusable accelerators for the AI practice
• Support adoption and upskilling through stakeholder alignment, change management, and value tracking

Skills and attributes for success

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
• 1–4 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis or consulting, ideally within financial services or large, complex organizations, with hands-on exposure to process automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, advanced analytics, Generative AI, and agentic AI; ability to collaborate effectively with data science and engineering teams
• Structured delivery mindset, with experience working in agile and/or plan-driven environments and producing high-quality client deliverables
• Confidence operating across both business and technical dimensions, with familiarity with Microsoft AI and productivity platforms: Azure AI, Power Platform, Copilot, Microsoft 365, or equivalent ecosystems
• Proven experience in defining AI use cases and supporting adoption and upskilling initiatives through stakeholder alignment, change management, and value tracking
• Relevant certifications (project management, business analysis, agile methodologies) are a plus
• Previous experience in a consulting or business advisory environment is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English and French
