How you’ll contribute to our success

• Understand & frame business challenges: Work with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise Data & AI opportunities, and translate them into clear roadmaps, business cases and value hypotheses.
• Own requirements & functional design: Lead the collection and structuring of business requirements, and translate them into use cases, user stories and functional specifications for technical teams.
• Analyse, visualise & drive value: Define KPIs and analytical needs, steer the design and validation of dashboards and reports, and ensure that insights are understood and used by decision-makers.
• Lead delivery & change: Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and drive change management, adoption and governance so that Data & AI initiatives deliver measurable impact.
• Learn & contribute to thought leadership: Stay informed on Data & AI trends, contribute to client presentations, proposals and internal initiatives that strengthen our AI&D positioning.

Your skills

Must-have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data-related roles (data engineering, analytics, BI, data science, data governance, AI project delivery, or data strategy consulting).
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong collaboration skills and structured communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in how data and AI can create business value.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and tell stories with data for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into data-driven solutions or use cases.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, or data operating models.
• Exposure to AI/ML project scoping, vendor evaluation, or data strategy engagements.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or advanced analytics projects.
• Relevant certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP, DAMA, TOGAF…).
