What you will need:

• Consulting exposure: Internship, thesis, or professional experience in a consulting or project-based environment
• Strong communication: Clear and confident in English and Hungarian (spoken and written), German is an asset
• Proactive mindset: Structured problem-solver, eager to learn, and able to frame insights for clients without waiting for step-by-step instructions
• Client-facing confidence: Comfortable explaining BI and reporting topics simply, contributing in workshops and meetings
• Awareness of BI & AI trends: Genuine interest in Generative AI and BI — with curiosity to test what works in practice
• Data literacy: Understanding of BI processes, KPIs, metrics, and eagerness to learn governance and strategy concepts (source of truth, report duplication, access control, AI use cases)
• Collaboration skills: Thrive in international, cross-functional teams, contributing to proposals, reports, and deliverables
• BI experience: Hands-on experience with a BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau development)
• Native Hungarian and residency is required

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or BI architecture concepts
• Experience in reporting transformation, BI migration, or analytics change projects
• Exposure to governance frameworks or operating model design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks) from a business/consulting perspective.
• Workshop participation, client presentation, or facilitation experience.

Your future role

• Support client projects in reporting transformation and AI-enabled analytics with a consulting-first approach.
• Contribute to discovery, design, and MVP delivery, documenting findings and shaping recommendations.
• Assist in developing BI strategy, governance, and operating models with senior colleagues.
• Build client-ready presentations and reports, ensuring clarity and value.
• Collaborate closely with managers and partners, gradually taking ownership of workstreams.
• Support with BI development tasks (e.g., Power BI) when needed as part of client delivery.
• Take ownership of your deliverables — spotting opportunities, proposing improvements, and driving tasks to client-ready outcomes.
