Twigeo is a full-service creative growth agency with offices in Stockholm, New York and Bulgaria. We are 50+ people from 22 countries, and we partner with brands like Duolingo and MyFitnessPal to grow through performance marketing. The AI Creative Designer role in action

We're looking for a new generation of designer. You're a storyteller at heart, and your toolset looks different from the one designers had five years ago. You have strong creative judgement and aren’t impressed by an output simply because AI made it possible.

You've moved past just typing prompts into chat-based AI assistants. You build workflows, you connect nodes, and you have agents doing work for you. You’re comfortable building repeatable, node-based creative workflows in tools such as Figma Weave, FLORA, Runway or similar environments.

You know how to turn an idea into an ad that communicates. That creates a feeling, makes someone want to watch to the end, or gets them to click a button. And once it’s live, you want to look at the performance data to understand what worked, what didn’t and what to make next. Whether it’s motion, a static ad, UGC-style creative or a filmed brand piece, you understand visual storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.

You want to see what AI can solve for us, and you want to help shape that change rather than watch it happen.

What you'll do

• Concept, design and produce creative for paid social and digital platforms, across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and whatever platform comes next.
• Ability to use AI to turn one idea into dozens of strong variations, with the design skills to ensure the output is high quality.
• Comfortable discussing creative work and ideas with clients.
• Work closely with designers, marketers and analysts in Stockholm, New York and Bulgaria, using performance data to decide what to make next.
• Comfortable setting up agents and automations to handle repetitive production work
• You use Claude, ChatGPT or other AI-assitants to speed up workflows

Who you are

We’re looking for a creative designer whose medium now includes systems, models and workflows.

• A storyteller first. You can explain why a piece works, not just how you made it
• A teamplayer who thrives working with others, sharing knowledge, collaborating closely and discussing until we find the right solution together.
• Strong visual craft: layout, typography, motion and editing
• A few years of professional design experience, ideally in advertising, social or performance marketing
• Curious and self-driven. You test new tools, keep what works and drop what doesn't
• Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus, not a must
