How You’ll Make An Impact
Develop, test, and optimize advanced prompts for LLM-based applications across HV use cases (e.g. product configuration, technical documentation, RFQ support, pricing logic explanation, customer proposals, and engineering knowledge retrieval).
Translate complex High Voltage product knowledge (GIS, AIS, major components, lifecycle, standards, and applications) into structured prompts, guardrails, and AI workflows.Design multi-step prompting strategies (e.g. CoT, ReAct, role-based prompting, agentic workflows) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and context awareness.
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales to embed AI assistants into real business processes.
Define prompt standards, templates, and best practices to enable scale and reuse across the organization.
Continuously evaluate prompt performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics (accuracy, hallucination rate, usability, business impact).Work with AI/ML engineers to align prompting logic with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
Act as a bridge between AI technology and HV product reality—ensuring AI outputs are technically correct, commercially relevant, and compliant with internal standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GenAI capabilities, LLM limitations, and emerging prompting techniques, and assess applicability to HV use cases.
Support change management and adoption by documenting use cases, training users, and explaining AI behavior transparently to business stakeholders.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
Your background
Min.3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
AI / Data / Software Engineering with strong applied GenAI exposure
Product Management or Engineering in High Voltage or Power Systems, with demonstrated AI adoption
Demonstrated practical experience deploying prompt-based solutions into real business workflows.
Prior exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or engineering-driven environments is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience working with GenAI platforms (e.g. Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks).
Strong understanding of High Voltage equipment and solutions, including GIS and AIS technologies, their key components, configurations and options, along with customer applications and grid use cases (TSOs, utilities, industry), as well as relevant standards, lifecycle phases, and typical customer decision drivers.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, pricing, and IT teams.
Professional proficiency in English.
