The AI Content Strategy Lead translates the cutting-edge work of Prosus' AI team into compelling narratives that inspire, educate, and drive adoption - both internally and externally, with a special focus on the engineering and tech community. This role is part storyteller, part educator, part technologist, and part marketer, turning complex AI innovations into accessible content that builds Prosus' reputation as an AI leader and accelerates AI adoption across the portfolio.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Develop compelling narratives about AI's impact across Prosus businesses for internal and external audiences
Ghost-write thought leadership pieces for AI leadership team
Communications & Enablement
Partner with Group Communications to create internal AI content that educates and inspires Prosus employees
Develop AI learning materials, playbooks, and case studies for portfolio companies
Produce monthly/quarterly AI team updates, highlights, and success stories in collaboration
Create content for internal events, town halls, and leadership meetings
Partner with Group Communications to create AI content that educates and inspires Prosus employees
Event & Campaign Support
Create content for AI House events, workshops, and community gatherings
Support recruitment with compelling AI stories
Develop content for AI-focused campaigns and initiatives across the organization
Experience
4-6 years in technical content, developer relations, product marketing, or consulting (ideally McKinsey, BCG digital practices)
Background in technology with a clear pivot toward communication/content roles
Proven portfolio of technical content that translates complexity into clarity
Experience in tech media, tech events (TechCrunch, The Verge, Protocol), or tech company communications
Capabilities
Technical credibility: engineer, data scientist, or technologist who can engage credibly with AI teams and understand the work deeply
Storytelling: Exceptional writer and communicator who finds the human angle in technical innovations
Simplification: Gift for making complex AI topics accessible without dumbing them down
Content velocity: Can produce high-quality content quickly across multiple formats
Audience awareness: Knows how to tailor messaging for different audiences (execs vs engineers vs public)
