The primary objective of the AI Content Creator is to leverage artificial intelligence tools and technologies to ideate, generate, and optimize content across digital platforms. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, creativity, and scalability in content production to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

The role will be an integral contributor to the company’s success, maintaining close relationships with stakeholders across the client, external parties and working cross functionally to provide support for the successful delivery of projects.

The role will focus on the following areas:

• AI powered Content Generation
• Video Content Creation
• AI Prompt Expert

Responsibilities of the AI Content Creator will include, but are not limited to:

AI powered Content Generation

• Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Flow/Whisk/Veo 3, Sora 2, Kling AI etc.) to generate high-quality written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and scalability in content production.
• Execute and deliver video and photography AI content creation from concept to sign off for the group.
• Execute and deliver any video editing, visual effects, motion graphics or retouching requirements to deliver content on brief.
• Manage workflow systems and approval systems for effective information sharing and sign offs.
• Ensure content delivers to tone of voice requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective cross functional processes to deliver content outputs effectively and efficiently. Clearly document and communicate these processes.
• Develop and maintain effective briefing documentation. Ensure adherence to these briefing processes and documents.
• Deliver content on time, within budget and ensure they are compliant with brand and legal guidelines.
• Maintain the budget for AI content creation requirements.
• Undertake review to ensure online, social media and AI content trends are understood and where relevant deliver these trends for engaging content.

AI Prompt Expert

• Act as the AI content subject matter expert within the marketing team, ideating and evaluating new features, products and services.
• Work closely with digital media production team, the social media content creators and design to deliver AI Video and Photo generated assets into existing production processes
• Use AI analytics tools to identify trending topics, keywords, and content formats for maximum engagement.

Support ad hoc tasks related to AI content innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
