About the role

We are
looking for an AI Consultant to join Global IT and help scale the responsible
use of AI across NNE.
In this role, you will own and develop the Copilot Studio
capability, ensuring the platform enables enabling users and business teams to
build and operate agents safely, efficiently and responsible.

You
will be responsible for establishing the governance, standards and operating
model required to support agent development at scale, including platform
oversight, integration approach, guardrails, lifecycle management and cost
transparency.

As
part of a cross-organisational AI Adoption team, you will help turn NNE’s AI
ambitions into practical and sustainable solutions that create value for both
users and the organisation.

How you might spend your days
As AI Consultant in
Global IT, you’ll be:
  • Manage the Copilot Studio platform, including environments, access management, lifecycle management processes, governance controls
  • Support users and agent builders through guidance, templates, best practices and troubleshooting, helping turn ideas into working agents
  • Assess when solutions are ready to scale or move into production, coordinating with relevant stakeholders on technical and adoption requirements
  • Manage connector and MCP enablement requests and technical setup, coordinating assessments and decisions with Security, Architects and other stakeholders
  • Staying up to date on new Microsoft features and platform changes, to identify opportunities or risks, assessing what value it could bring to our users and ways of working
  • Monitor platform adoption, utilization and costs, providing insights that support responsible growth, cost transparency and informed decision-making

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform and agent development
  • Understand of platform governance, including environments, access management, DLP policies and guardrails for responsible use
  • Experience supporting users through technical guidance, training or enablement activities
  • Understanding of licensing models, cost drivers and platform consumption metrics
  • It is a plus if you also have knowledge of integration patterns, software lifecycle principles or risk assessment processes
