Job Description

AI Consultant focusing
on end-user AI tools at Novo Nordisk Engineering

If you
are motivated by enabling responsible AI adoption, supporting users in building
valuable agents, and shaping the platform that helps bring AI into everyday
work at NNE, we would love to hear from you!

Who we are
We are a leading pharma engineering company shaping the future of API pharma engineering globally. Leveraging the expertise of 2,000+ employees across Denmark, India, and the US, we design, build and optimise pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are essential to the health and well-being of patients everywhere.

Our success is driven by passion, innovation, and collaboration — with our customers and across our teams and disciplines. If you share our dedication to a noble cause and our passion for API pharma engineering, then NNE is the place for you.

About the role

We are
looking for an AI Consultant to join Global IT and help scale the responsible
use of AI across NNE.
In
this role, you will own the lifecycle of end-user facing AI tools, including generative
AI and agentic AI capabilities, ensuring they are operated and evolved in a way
that creates value while supporting responsible use.
You will act as the link
between technology, governance and business needs, shaping how AI tools are
configured, governed and introduced to users across the organisation.
As
part of a cross-organisational AI Adoption team, you will help turn AI
ambitions into scalable and sustainable solutions that create measurable value
for both users and NNE.

Location Denmark - Virum Experience Minimum 1 Year Department Global IT

How you might spend your days
As an AI Consultant in Global IT, you will help
implement and govern AI tools and enable AI adoption across NNE. Your days
might include:
  • Manage and govern AI tools, such as M365 Copilot and Claude Code, ensuring appropriate configuration, access, governance controls and lifecycle management
  • Enable AI adoption through partnering with users, champions and business teams to promote adoption, share best practices and help users realize value from AI tools
  • Evaluating new features, releases and AI tools, assessing value, risks and readiness for adoption
  • Monitor consumption and costs, providing insights and recommendations that support cost transparency and informed decision-making
  • Coordinate governance decisions working with Security, Legal and other stakeholders to address risks and policy requirements
Who you are
We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the results we achieve as a team. As a person, you are:
  • Able to build strong relationships across business and IT and translate needs into practical outcomes
  • Structured and pragmatic, bringing clarity, prioritisation and follow through
  • Proactive and self-driven, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress
  • Collaborative and skilled at engaging different stakeholder groups
  • Curious and adaptable, with an interest in learning and keeping pace with developments in AI tools
What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
  • Good understanding of M365 Copilot, and preferably the broader Microsoft 365 platform
  • A governance mindset and can translate requirements into practical guidance
  • Ability to communicate AI possibilities, limitations and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understand licensing models and consumption-based services, and cost control
  • Experience supporting users, and using data or insights to drive adoption
