We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation & Consulting Leader to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and business transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic consulting, program leadership, commercial ownership, and AI solution design to help organizations successfully integrate AI and agentic AI capabilities into their operations.

You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, define scalable AI strategies, and ensure successful execution from concept to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, consulting expertise, and a solid understanding of modern AI architectures, including multi-agent systems and intelligent workflow automation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business functions, operational challenges, and transformation opportunities to develop AI-driven business strategies.
• Design and execute phased transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans.
• Engage with senior leadership teams to secure stakeholder alignment and drive executive sponsorship for transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic decisions into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones, ownership, and success metrics.
• Define program structures, governance frameworks, KPIs, OKRs, and implementation methodologies.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, commercial proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Manage account profitability, revenue targets, gross margins, resource utilization, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with AI and technology teams to design intelligent workflow solutions using agent-based and multi-agent architectures.
• Convert business processes into scalable AI-enabled operating models and automation frameworks.
• Participate in solution design discussions covering orchestration, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, decision intelligence, and governance mechanisms.
• Conduct feasibility assessments considering data readiness, security requirements, privacy considerations, integration complexity, and operational constraints.
• Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate transformation success, business impact, adoption rates, and return on investment.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across AI-led transformation programs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong experience in business transformation, management consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Agent-Based Modeling, Multi-Agent Systems, and intelligent automation concepts.
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and translate strategic objectives into executable programs.
• Experience designing and managing large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project profitability, pricing, contracts, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to bridge business and technology conversations while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for AI-driven optimization and automation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems, business intelligence solutions, enterprise workflows, and digital transformation methodologies.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and evolving business requirements.
