As an AI Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business transformation. You will collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, translate business needs into technical requirements, and implement AI-driven strategies that create measurable impact. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement to unlock the full potential of AI for our clients.

What will you be doing?

Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and use cases where Agentic AI, and Generative AI can create meaningful business outcomes and deliver value.
Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions that fit best into client environments, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement
Design holistic AI models that align with business objectives and foster a data-driven culture within organizations
Develop and present client deliverables, including roadmaps, progress reports, and final presentations, to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the engagement
Contribute to thought leadership in AI strategy and participate in industry discussions to advance ADAPTOVATE’s positioning in the AI consulting space

What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?

Proven experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven initiatives, delivering practical AI solutions

Strong analytical skills to translate business challenges into actionable, value-driven AI opportunities

Understanding of Generative AI (including LLMs and emerging agentic capabilities) and their practical business applications

Ability to shape AI use cases, value propositions, and transformation initiatives aligned with client goals

Familiarity with modern AI and cloud ecosystems (particularly Microsoft Azure) and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams

Experience supporting the implementation of AI-driven solutions in business environments, with a focus on adoption, scalability, and measurable impact

Microsoft ecosystem knowledge is a plus; certification or willingness to learn is beneficial

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences

Proficiency in proposal writing, reporting, and developing client presentations

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
