What will you be doing?

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional to lead the configuration and deployment of Emiri, Circana’s cutting-edge Liquid AI-powered natural language platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI product operations, client enablement, and prompt engineering You’ll be instrumental in scaling Emiri across global markets, ensuring seamless integration with Circana’s data ecosystems and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client configuration of Emiri, including prompt templates, setup dependencies, and deployment workflows.
• Translate client needs into scalable configurations, working closely with engineering, product, and client success teams.
• Design and iterate on UI flows and mockups, providing actionable feedback to UX/UI and development teams.
• Document configuration processes, best practices, and internal how-to guides to support global enablement.
• Coach internal teams and clients on effective prompting, configuration logic, and Emiri’s capabilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis on configuration issues and identify opportunities to improve scalability and usability.
• Support client demos and onboarding, acting as a subject matter expert on Liquid AI configuration.
• Test new features and fixes, ensuring quality and alignment with expected behavior before release.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI configuration, technical product operations, or client solutions roles.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, natural language systems, and configuration logic.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other issue tracking/documentation tools.
• Working knowledge of JSON and attention to structure and formatting (preferred).
• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tooling (preferred).
• Familiarity with Circana tools (Unify+, model/report building, Emiri).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Multilingual proficiency in English (required) & French, German, Spanish, or Italian (preferred).
