About the Role
At Santander, we are building a globally connected and locally adapted Data & AI organization. As a Data & AI Change Management Specialist, you will contribute to support the adoption of our Data & AI portfolio across geographies and functions
You will collaborate in designing and implementing change management strategies that accelerate adoption, align with regulatory and cultural contexts, and create long-term value through sustained transformation.
It’s an ideal role for someone passionate about how people, structure, and process come together to drive sustainable transformation in a complex, global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Help mobilize and sustain a global-local Change Champion network by providing guidance, materials and follow-up.
Contribute to the assessment of organizational readiness and cultural maturity by collecting inputs, preparing documentation, and synthesizing feedback.
Support the delivery of change actions within high-impact use cases and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader change experience.
Track adoption metrics and assist in collecting feedback to help measure the effectiveness and sustainability of change efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Technology, Talent, Compliance) to support the integration of change activities into their operational plans.
Support the deployment of organizational models and team structures aligned with Santander's Data & AI operational framework.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
3–5 years of experience in transformation, enablement, change management or operating model deployment in large or matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with Data & AI initiatives and how they impact organizational roles, governance, and collaboration models.
Experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects, particularly involving business, technology, data, and compliance areas.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategic structures into clear, actionable frameworks for teams.
High level of organizational awareness and stakeholder engagement, particularly in federated or global environments.
Proficient in English (C1 minimum).
