Job Description

Organizational Change Management Lead | Boston, MA / Washington, DC

Cannon Search is partnering with a well-established professional services organization in Boston to find a senior Change Management professional ready to own AI adoption strategy from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

  • Own firmwide change management strategy for AI & technology rollouts
  • Build adoption plans, training, and stakeholder engagement across a large, complex org
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to drive buy-in and reduce resistance

What You Need:

  • 5+ years in organizational change management (OCM) — not primarily comms or PR
  • Proven track record leading enterprise technology adoption
  • Prosci certification or strong ADKAR/Kotter framework experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
