You will join the Strategy and Transformation Unit within the Digital Office (DO) and the new IT organization, you will collaborate with teams across Nokia to translate transformation priorities into practical results. Through real assignments, you will gain hands-on exposure to business processes, data, AI-enabled workflows, automation, governance, security, and change adoption in a global technology environment.
As part of the Portfolio, PM Practices, Process and Tools (PMPT) team, you will help rethink end-to-end processes, test practical AI solutions, and embed new ways of working that can scale across the organization. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to turn ideas into measurable efficiencies—bringing curiosity, energy, and resilience, while learning quickly, sharing openly, and contributing from day one.

Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school
