This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, and business process transformation, focused on redefining how a People organization operates. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work, improve scalability, and enhance employee and manager experiences. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders, you will translate operational challenges into scalable, automated solutions. Rather than simply digitizing existing processes, you will reimagine them end-to-end to unlock efficiency and strategic capacity. The environment is highly collaborative and technology-driven, with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem and modern AI tooling. This is a high-impact role reporting to senior leadership, where your work will directly shape operational excellence across the organization.

• You will identify, analyze, and redesign end-to-end People workflows, ensuring that automation is built on well-structured, efficient, and scalable processes rather than legacy inefficiencies.
• You will design and build AI-powered automations using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, and related ecosystem solutions, integrating additional tools where appropriate to meet business needs.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Operations to gather requirements, define priorities, and implement high-impact automation solutions.
• You will improve data quality, process documentation, and system readiness to ensure automation is reliable, measurable, and maintainable over time.
• You will support AI adoption across the organization by documenting workflows, enabling users, and translating technical solutions into accessible guidance for non-technical teams.
• You will continuously monitor, iterate, and optimize deployed automations to ensure long-term performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• You bring proven experience in business process analysis, workflow redesign, and operational optimization within complex organizational environments.
• You have hands-on experience building automation solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• You are comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and system-to-system workflows, with the ability to connect multiple business tools into cohesive solutions.
• You have practical experience applying AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies in real business use cases.
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and can operate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• You are highly autonomous, structured in your problem-solving approach, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
• You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and can translate them into actionable business insights and documentation.
