The role
You’ll work alongside a dynamic team in a fast paced environment shaping how AI can enhance the strategic capabilities of Business Development. This is an opportunity to blend business insight, creativity, and technical curiosity to help build a next-generation partnership and insights platform within Roche.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to clearly define project requirements, implement use cases, and validate AI-driven applications.
Design and build lightweight, no-code/medium-code generative AI tools and assistants to automate or enhance internal workflows and processes.
Develop and refine AI-enhanced solutions that support diverse corporate use cases, enhancing efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users and teams to ensure successful adoption and effective use of AI-based applications.
Troubleshoot and optimize solutions based on continuous user feedback and emerging business requirements.
Continue to maintain and update AI capabilities within corporate business development applications, maintaining awareness of emerging trends and best practices
Develop and update documentation and knowledge bases for corporate business development AI tools
Who You Are
Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience using GenAI tools like ChatGPT (Custom GPTs), Gemini (Gems), or other AI assistants, and building data visualizations, such as Tableau dashboards
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for documenting AI use cases and translating between technical tools and business needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred)
