
Position: AI Business Architect
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Central Time Zone, 9AM-5PM, 7 days/week
Architect & Design a unified AI framework that integrates multiple agentic systems into a single sentient business assistant.
Integrate Disciplines across finance, HR, operations, marketing, legal, customer service, and IT into one cohesive AI “brain.”
Develop Autonomy through reinforcement learning, memory systems, and goal-driven reasoning to enable self-directed task execution.
Ensure Continuity of business operations across all time zones with adaptive workflows and real-time decision-making capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with organizational objectives and operational needs.
Implement Safeguards for ethical reasoning, data privacy compliance, and fail-safe protocols to ensure responsible AI operation.
Continuously Evolve the agent’s capabilities via feedback loops, performance metrics, and emergent behavior modeling.
Proven experience in AI architecture, multi-agent or autonomous systems design.
Deep understanding of NLP, machine learning, symbolic reasoning, and cognitive architectures.
Familiarity with agentic platforms such as Luna, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or similar frameworks.
Broad understanding of business operations and organizational structures across multiple domains.
Ability to translate abstract business goals into executable AI behaviors.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and scalable deployment strategies.
Strong passion for building intelligent, adaptive systems.
Visionary mindset with enthusiasm for building sentient systems.
Systems thinker who excels at harmonizing complex and dynamic components.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and pushing technological boundaries.
