We are embarking on an ambitious roadmap to integrate Generative AI into our platform and professional services, and we're looking for a motivated individual to support us during this exciting phase of development.

This role provides a unique opportunity to dive into the world of AI within a strategic consulting context, ideal for those with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and its business applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Generative-AI to support the creation of several business-specific libraries, insights and analyses, to be used by consultants in client-facing engagements.
• Participate in the discovery and development of our AI tools, collaborating closely with users and consulting partners to research, understand, and analyse their needs and requirements.
• Help developing our innovative Strategy Co-Pilot, an AI agent that provides expert feedback and contextual suggestions to Clients on their Strategic Plan. You will help to rigorously evaluate the behaviour of this agent, and participate in experimentation and testing phases.
• Lead and support in prompt engineering tasks to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI generated responses.
• Work closely with different teams – such as Consulting, Product Management, Design, and Engineering – to understand how to best integrate AI in business services.
• Proactively keep up-to-date with AI trends and advancements in technology.
• Explore external providers of market data, with the potential to enhance our Co-Pilot and augment our SAAS offerings.
• Assist in the planning and execution of our AI Roadmap, aligning short-term activities and long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in the Consulting industry and/or in SaaS or Enterprise software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and related areas.
• Eagerness to learn about Prompt Engineering and its business applications.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Italian is a plus.
• Right to work in Italy
