
Position Title: AI Business Analyst / Analista de IA y Automatización
Location: Guadalajara Jalisco, Hybrid Working Scheme (Providencia Office)

This role will support the enterprise adoption of Generative AI, M365 Copilot, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.
The Analyst – AI & Analytics will act as a front-line enablement and support resource, helping business users leverage AI tools to accelerate insights and productivity.
The position plays a critical role in enabling Hershey’s vision of real-time, self-service, AI-powered decision-making across the enterprise.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
50% AI Enablement & User Support
• Provide front-line support for M365 Copilot, Power BI Copilot, and AI tools, acting as first responder for user questions and issues
• Support Copilot adoption across Teams, Excel, Power BI, and Business Chat
• Resolve common issues and support technical problems when required
• Contribute to building FAQs, prompt libraries, and best practices
30% Agentic AI Development Support
• Assist in building simple AI agents and workflows using:
1. Copilot Studio
2. Power Platform (Power Automate)
3. Pre-built connectors (API integrations)
• Support agent prototyping and testing for business use cases
• Help configure:
1. Prompts + instructions
2. Data connections (guided, not engineering-heavy)
3. Basic logic flows / decision steps
• Participate in agent pilot deployments and user testing
• Document agent behavior, inputs, outputs, and limitations
20% AI-Driven Analytics Support
• Create: Usage Guides, Usage Playbooks
• Support: Workshops, bootcamps, use cases, help users move from reports – AI insights
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
Education:
Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related Bachelor’s Degree required (Economics, Administration, Statistics, Operations, etc.) or equivalent experience
Experience:
0–2 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Technology, Data, or Digital roles
Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and/or data analytics tools is preferred
Experience in user support, training, or process automation is a plus
