Designation: AI Backend Engineer

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO on day-to-day tasks and high-priority AI projects.
• Utilise AI to build mobile and web applications, with hands-on work across backend development, databases, APIs, and AI integration.
• Build AI agents and automation tools using Python, APIs, and platforms like n8n, Zapier.
• Research, develop, and optimise prompts to enhance the efficiency of using AI tools and AI language models like GPT, and document findings to evaluate and benchmark AI capabilities
• Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing model performance through prompt iteration, testing, and backend integration.
• Contribute to AI-driven product development by exploring innovative use cases and applications for AI within the company.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in software development with a backend and AI focus.
• Strong backend programming skills (Python, Next.js, etc.) and backend frameworks, with experience using AI tools to improve coding efficiency.
• Experience with cloud platforms, strong database design, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of LLMs and automation tools (e.g., LangChain, vector databases, n8n).
• Experience with testing, website security and understanding of frontend technologies is a plus.
• Passion for AI and software development.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote working environment.
