The position involves designing and deploying automation solutions using modern AI tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and unlock new capabilities across teams. Accountabilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows to streamline business operations and reduce manual effort across multiple functions.
• Leverage AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, ClawBot, or similar) to develop intelligent systems and process automation solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies to continuously improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Integrate AI systems into existing software infrastructure, ensuring smooth interoperability and reliable performance.
• Develop automation agents, scripts, and tools that enhance productivity and support internal teams.
• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders adopting AI-powered systems and workflows.
• Continuously monitor, test, and optimize automation performance to ensure stability and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, or platforms such as Claude Code, ClawBot, or similar technologies.
• Strong software development and programming skills with the ability to build scalable automation solutions.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, automations, or system integrations.
• Ability to independently research, evaluate, and apply new AI technologies in practical business contexts.
• Experience integrating AI systems into existing business processes or technical ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, experimental, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving, remote-first environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
