Job Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Location

Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

The AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions across business operations, with a focus on streamlining administrative tasks, building scalable workflows, and improving overall efficiency using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Automation

  • Identify and automate key business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

  • Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline operations across different departments

Administrative Task Automation

  • Automate repetitive administrative tasks such as data entry, follow-ups, scheduling, and reporting

  • Build systems that improve internal productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks

Workflow Development (Application Process)

  • Design and implement automated workflows for the application process, ensuring a smooth and scalable experience

  • Optimize workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and user experience

AI Tool Integration

  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) to build efficient systems

  • Integrate automation workflows with internal tools such as CRMs, forms, and communication platforms

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows for better performance

  • Document systems and processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and team adoption

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or operations roles

Skills

  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)

  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization and task automation

  • Experience integrating workflows with CRMs, forms, and internal systems

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and process improvement

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation initiatives

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
