Your Mission:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on AI Automation Specialist to lead our internal productivity transformation. We want to move beyond using "AI as a basic chatbot" and evolve it into "AI as an invisible teammate." Your mission is to hunt down high-friction business processes and redesign them using AI agents, LLM orchestration, and deep integrations to reclaim thousands of collective work hours for our team.
1. Process Auditing & "Efficiency Deep-Dives"
Act as an internal consultant across Sales, HR, Finance, and Ops to identify repetitive, cognitive-heavy bottlenecks that are ripe for AI intervention.
Don't just automate tasks; determine if the task should even exist in the first place.
2. Build Agentic Workflows & Tool Orchestration
Architect multi-agent systems where AI "workers" seamlessly interact with our existing software stack (CRMs, marketing automation, and omnichannel platforms) to complete end-to-end tasks.
Use orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, n8n, Make.com, or Power Automate) to connect LLMs to live company data and third-party APIs.
3. Prompt Engineering & Optimization
Develop, test, and maintain a centralized library of high-performance system prompts and advanced "Chain-of-Thought" reasoning templates.
4. AI Evangelism & ROI Tracking
Act as our internal "AI Evangelist," running workshops to upskill staff and show them how to collaborate with AI rather than fear it.
Define and report on strict
AI-ROI metrics
(e.g., % reduction in task duration, error rate drops, and cost-per-automated-task).
First 30 Days:
Complete a full "Productivity Map" auditing at least three major departments.
First 60 Days:
Deploy one "High-Impact" pilot agent in a live environment (e.g., an automated lead-qualification agent or invoice-matching agent).
First 90 Days:
Demonstrate a measurable 15%+ efficiency gain in your first targeted workflow.
Technical Fluency:
You have a deep, practical understanding of LLM capabilities, contexts, and limitations.
Low-Code/No-Code Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in advanced automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
Data Literacy:
You can work with both structured and unstructured data. You have basic Python/SQL knowledge for extracting and "cleaning" data so AI can consume it properly.
Bonus Points:
Hands-on experience with or a strong understanding of Agentic Frameworks (AutoGPT, CrewAI, Microsoft Autogen) will put you at the top of the list.
