    Salary: R55 000 -65 000 pm

    Cutting-edge technology firm specializing in innovative solutions that integrate artificial intelligence and automation across various industries seeks a highly skilled AI and Automation Expert to join our team and lead the development and implementation of these transformative solutions.

    The AI and Automation Expert will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation systems that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. This role requires a solid understanding of generative AI and process automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals.

    System Design and Development: Design and develop AI-driven automation systems, including leveraging machine learning models, robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, and intelligent systems for various applications.

    Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.

    AI Integration: Integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.

    Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

    Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI and automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.

    Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.

    Compliance and Security: Ensure that AI and automation systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and data security requirements.

    Experience: Minimum of 5yrs of experience in IT / Development / or some power user capacity, skilled in automation, with a proven track record of successful projects.

    Technical Skills:

    Expertise in process automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

    Experience with data analysis tools

    Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.

    Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.

    Coding skills preferred but not required

    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Project Management: Experience in managing AI and automation projects from concept to implementation, including timeline management and stakeholder communication.

    Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business needs.
