Als AI Automation Expert (m/w/d) entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unserem Teamlead AI und den Fachbereichen intelligente Automatisierungs- und AI-Lösungen für CWS.

Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und bringst ausgewählte Use Cases von der Idee über den Prototyp bis in die produktive Anwendung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Fokus auf AI und Automatisierung
  • Entwicklung von Workflows und Automatisierungen mit Microsoft Power Automate und Power Platform
  • Entwicklung von AI Agents und digitalen Assistenten, z. B. mit Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Entwicklung schneller Prototypen und MVPs für neue AI Use Cases
  • Integration von Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint und weiteren Unternehmenssystemen
  • Anbindung von Systemen über APIs, Connectors und Webhooks
  • Begleitung von Lösungen vom ersten Konzept bis zur produktiven Einführung

Dein Profil

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Prozess- und Workflow-Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Power Automate, Power Platform oder vergleichbaren Automation-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit Generative AI, LLMs und AI Agents
  • Verständnis von APIs, JSON, Webhooks und Systemintegrationen
  • Idealerweise grundlegende Kenntnisse in Python, JavaScript oder TypeScript
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio oder Azure AI ist ein Plus
  • Starkes Prozessverständnis und Freude daran, aus einer Idee eine funktionierende Lösung zu bauen
  • Eigenständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
