We already have AI tools and automations in use across the company – but no single owner. Configuration is scattered, costs aren't tracked, and people are building their own solutions without a framework to make them sustainable. This role exists to change that: centralise what we have, govern what gets built, and drive genuine adoption across the organisation – from compliance and AML teams to leadership.

This is a greenfield position in our Foundations team. You'll define the approach, not inherit one.

What you'll do

• Centralise AI tooling management – own accounts, licences, configuration, access, and cost attribution across the organisation. Make sure we know what's in use, what it costs, and whether it's working.

• Turn potential into practice – our AI stack has significant unrealised potential in skills, integrations, and automations. You'll take ownership of what sits unconfigured and make it useful.

• Govern employee-built solutions – people are already building their own workflows and automations. You'll create a lightweight framework to review, validate, and productize the good ones, and catch the risky ones early.

• Drive adoption where it matters – compliance, AML/KYC, and leadership teams are the primary audience. You'll understand their workflows, identify where AI can help, and make sure they get value from it – whether that's direct access, an automated flow built on their behalf, or something in between.

• Build when needed – workflow automations, simple internal tools, lightweight frontends. You'll know when it's faster to build than configure, and when it's better to hand something off.

What you'll bring

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools – you've administered or deployed AI tools at team or organisational level and understand what central management actually looks like in practice.

• Ability to build AI workflows – prompt engineering, workflow automation (n8n or similar), API integrations. You've built things that work and that others can maintain.

• Technical judgment – you can evaluate what someone has built and assess whether it's safe, maintainable, and appropriate. You don't need to rewrite it, but you need to be able to call it.

• Change management instinct – you've helped non-technical people adopt new tools and know that real adoption takes more than a training session.

• Security consciousness – in a regulated EMI environment, you understand what should and shouldn't flow through external AI tools, and can turn that into practical guidance for non-technical colleagues.

Bonus points

• Experience in FinTech, banking, or a regulated industry.

• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, MCP architecture, or skill-building for AI tools.

• Coding ability (Python, TypeScript) for more complex automations.
