In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Automation Projects:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform
Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automated processes
Learn and use Scrum agile project management framework to manage complex projects
Learn and implement development and quality assurance standards to ensure stability and reliability of automations
Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools
Training:
Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Python, GitHub, Robocorp/Sema4.ai RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Pursue and successfully pass Python Level I & Level II and Robocorp/Sema4.ai certifications
Learn the Intelligent Automation toolset
Continuous Improvement and Technical Support:
Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
Learn and apply Lean and process improvement methodologies
Apply feedback and learnings from each project to continuously improve and grow
Provide basic troubleshooting and support for deployed automations
