We are looking for a technical, AI-first builder who can turn business problems into working applications and automations.
You do not need years of traditional development experience. You do need hands-on experience using AI development tools, a strong technical mindset, and a genuine interest in learning how systems, software, and automation work.
The goal is simple: build faster, automate more, and reduce dependence on outside developers.
Traditional coding experience is helpful but not required. The right person is highly technical, curious, resourceful, and motivated to become stronger as AI development tools continue to advance.
Yiddish speaking is helpful but not required.
